Mark Neas has spent 30 years on the execution side of complex, high-stakes operations — and he knows firsthand what it costs when workforce and project management don't work together. Before joining Inergroup, Mark led businesses ranging from $150M to $1.2B across industrial services, technology, and aerospace — always in environments where execution wasn't optional.
